RETURNS/CANCELLATION
Order cancellations before shipping items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations/Returns for items that have shipped will not be accepted.
Cancellations/Returns for Auction items will not be allowed.
In the case of damaged items/errors, please contact us at gothamcitykeys@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
***Raw books*** We at Gotham City Keys are not professional graders we are only giving an opinion from within our years of experience sending items to get graded. They are of our own opinion unless it's an already-graded comic.

ORDERS
Items will be shipped within 3-14 business days. All comics will be bagged and boarded. Comics will be shipped in a Gemini mailer/USPS packaging. Bulk orders will be shipped in a box.
Graded Comics Holders:
All holders are inspected for damage before fulfillment. Minor flaws in the outer plastic holder and the interior plastic well are considered acceptable. In the event a major flaw is present, Gotham City Keys will request photos of the perceived damage and will at its sole discretion decide whether or not to replace it at the expense of Gotham City Keys. If the claimed damage in the case is not considered major, Gotham City Keys may refuse the return or offer to exchange with shipping at the expense of the customer. Minor and major damage is subjective, just like the nature of comic grading. The "reasonable person" standard is applied.
Newton rings may be present on CGC cases. Newton rings occur when the plastic of the inner well comes into contact with the plastic of the outer case, creating an oily look to varying degrees. CGC has yet to fix this problem and even when we send books back because of newton rings, they very often come back in new cases with new newton rings. Therefore we can't promise there won't be Newton rings.
Minor scuffing and abrasions on the case may be present from the plastic slab bag rubbing on the outer plastic case during shipping. Minor interior side edge cracks may be present on the CGC case. A huge percentage of the slabs from CGC have this and even if sent in for a reholder, they often come back with the same defect. Therefore Gotham City Keys cannot guarantee there won't be minor interior side edge cracks on the case. This is referring to cracks that don't radiate to the outside of the case, you can't feel them with your fingers because they are interior.
